FAQs — The Clinical Reboot
What is The Clinical Reboot?
The Clinical Reboot is a customised series of laser and light-based treatments designed to improve skin tone, texture and collagen health. Your clinician will recommend the best device—ClearLift™ or DyeVL—based on your skin tone, goals and tolerance.
What is the ClearLift™ Laser Facial?
ClearLift™ is a non-ablative, fractional Nd:YAG laser that stimulates collagen and remodels the skin from within—without surface damage or downtime. It helps reduce fine lines, mild laxity and pigmentation while improving overall firmness and radiance.
What is DyeVL IPL?
DyeVL is a next-generation hybrid of IPL and pulsed-dye laser technology. It targets redness, broken capillaries, sun damage and pigmentation irregularities, while calming inflammation and evening out skin tone. It’s particularly beneficial for rosacea-prone or pigment-affected skin.
Are these treatments suitable for all skin types?
Most skin types can be treated safely with ClearLift™ and DyeVL. Your clinician will assess your Fitzpatrick skin type and recommend the most appropriate energy settings and treatment plan to ensure optimal results and safety.
Is there any downtime?
Both treatments are low-downtime. Skin may appear slightly flushed for a few hours but generally returns to normal quickly. Makeup can usually be worn the following day.
How soon will I see results?
Some clients notice smoother, brighter skin after one session. Collagen stimulation and tone correction continue to improve over several weeks. A series of treatments is typically recommended for best results.
How often should I book The Clinical Reboot?
For most clients, a series of 3–6 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart provides optimal rejuvenation. Your clinician will tailor your schedule based on your FutureSkin Roadmap.
Is it painful?
Both ClearLift™ and DyeVL are well-tolerated. You may feel brief warmth or tingling, but most clients describe the experience as comfortable, with no need for numbing cream.
Can these treatments be performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Laser and IPL treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Your clinician can suggest alternative rituals suitable for this stage.
Can I combine The Clinical Reboot with other FutureSkin treatments?
Yes. Laser and light therapies often pair well with hydrating or barrier-supportive rituals. Your clinician can advise on the safest and most effective sequence for your skin.
